A fabulous property just outside the main areas,very peaceful.We had a canal view room,a lovely outlook.Hans and Tamara are amazing hosts,so friendly and welcoming and helpful.Hans is an amazing cook,best scambled eggs and omlettes I have ever tasted,even little treats of cake he makes daily.Will definitely be returning in the future,thank you for a wonderful break :-)

Beautiful property with amazing help and insight to Brugge from Hans and his wife. They helped us every step of the way with canal tours, buying chocolate, booking dinners, and just exploring Brugge. It's a beautiful property with six rooms that are well maintained and nicely situated, with several offering views of the canal. Breakfast was good.
The main area for improvement is staff availability. There was no one available to assist or answer questions when needed, which made the stay less convenient.

Quay 17 was one of the highlights of our trip to Bruges. The restoration of this historic building is exceptional-they've beautifully preserved its character while creating luxurious, spacious, and incredibly comfortable
accommodations. Our room was immaculate, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a huge plus during our stay), and the elevator made traveling with luggage effortless.
Hans and Tamara are outstanding hosts who truly elevate the experience. They took the time to share the history of both the building and Bruges, offered personalized recommendations on what to see, and even helped with reservations when needed. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Quay 17. Hans and Tamara have done an incredible job transforming this beautiful building into an amazing B&B hotel, but what really makes the experience special is their hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly gracious. They sat down with us, gave us a great overview of Bruges, shared some helpful local tips, and even provided business cards that offered discounts at a few local places if we wished to use them.
We had to leave a little earlier in the morning to catch our train, and they went out of their way to start breakfast early just to accommodate us. Breakfast was fantastic — all home-cooked with fresh, local ingredients and a great way to start the day.
Parking was extremely convenient, private, and right on site, which was a huge bonus when travelling by car.
Our only negative was that we didn’t stay longer! I don’t write reviews very often, as I find people are often quicker to complain than to recognize a truly great experience, but Quay 17 absolutely deserves the recognition. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful B&B, in a lovely quiet area of Bruges. Short walking distance to Christmas Markets. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Good parking with electric charging. Lovely comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast was very good. Overall great place.

Lovingly renovated tannery from the Middle Ages by a charming and kind couple. Very new and tasteful with great breakfast overlooking canal St Anna. Right outside the main tourist drag in residential quite but central area.Was a highlight of our trip to Belgium!

Our stay at Quay 17 in April was wonderful!! The property is so beautiful and sits right near one of the canals. Our room was so comfy and I loved the decor and everything about it was perfect. Breakfast was so tasty and had a wide assortment of food. The owners were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!
