The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. ”

“The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other……

“The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five……
