Wonderful!!

What a beautiful place! Large, clean, updated and with spectacular views. The huge beach was a short walk and the pool was immaculate. St. Simon's Grand's location is perfect. We had a terrific time and if we come back - we would definitely stay here again.

#306 Great Stay

We were in town checking in on our house being built. We decided to book a full week for the Christmas Holiday. Great top floor unit. Fully stocked, new furnishing, comfortable beds. Property Management Company Lilmar was spectacular in communications via email and texts.Pool was heated and still good for a swim in December. Easy beach access for a walk. All around great property for the price.

Clean and convenient

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Well appointed and lots of space. Depending on makeup of your party- primary is huge and smallest bedroom is quite small, we were adult mother and daughter travelers would be wonderful for a family! Enjoyed our stay.

Seriously amazing apartment! Highly recommend

With 3 bedrooms (REAL bedrooms, not a "pretend" third bedroom) and 3 FULL baths, as well as parking availability, a fully stocked kitchen, tvs in every room, and a beautiful view of the beach, the apartment itself was amazing. The pool and beach were so easy to reach and made for a really relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Gas and charcoal grills available and easy to use made dinners a breeze, too. The hosts were very communicative (I believe property managers) and we had zero issues with anything. There are also a few restaurants and a frozen custard place with a really cool fenced in play area (awesome for little children and tired parents) all in walking distance. The pool staff were very friendly, too! Loved Cleveland and how attentive and supportive she was, nothing escaped her. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing!

We have wanted to try the St Simon’s Grand for years, and we’re not disappointed. The condo was beautiful, with all the small touches that make a stay so easy and fun. The views of sunrise and sunset were simply spectacular and the property is immaculate. Walk to the beach with the new land ridge is super easy, and the pool was a nice reprieve from the beach in the afternoons. The condo itself has a great setup for families, and the view from the master can’t be beat. Condo owners have given all the right amenities from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of hooks in the bathrooms! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Grand very much. The condo was lovely and had a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as some spectacular sunrises. The entire complex is very nice, and was very quiet. The only (minor) issue we had was that there is a large tidal pool on the beach directly in front of the complex which means you have to walk the length of about two football fields to get around it to get to the main beach. It makes for a bit of a hike, but not difficult. It was not a problem for us but would be difficult for someone with any mobility issues. We plan to return again next September!

The condo was very pretty, decor was lovely. Location was a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and shops. Only problem was the door lock was very tough to manage, often taking 5 or more tries to work.
