「They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam 」

Muy atentos a cobrar todo a sobreprecio en efectivo y sin dar recibo. Un total fraude. Por una cama extra nos cobraron 109 Euros con la condición fuera en efectivo y de ninguna manera dieron recibo. Un SOBORNO TOTAL!」

「It had been a wonderful stay at Erick's apartment. The interior of the whole apartment is beautiful and artistic. It is very clean too. Erick was an excellent host during my 2-night stay there, that I felt very much at home and at ease immediately. Thank you Erick! The location is perfect, close to city centre, metro and bus station, and yet quiet. The breakfast was amazing too! There were homemade freshly baked bread, yogurt and jam, plus a few slices of cheese and cold cut, and boiled egg,...
