“Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.……

“We had a nice long weekend in B&B InnBrugas. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. It is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center but it was perfect for us as we wanted to stay a bit away from the crowd. The apartment has basic amenities, e.g. no kitchen, only a fridge/minibar but no bottle opener, which would have been nice.
