住宿简介

Superb character duplex in the European district

  • Spacious 2 bedroom duplex on the ground floor of a charming house, typically Brussels with a garden on the street side and a small private garden at the back of the house. The house is located very close to the European Parliament and the Museum of Natural Sciences.
    The apartment has just been completely renovated and comfortably furnished.
    It is located 200 meters from the 'trendy' square in Luxembourg and 300 meters from the Place Jourdan where there are many activities and restaurants, supermarkets and small local shops open at night. Very important communications node.
    Possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.
    (See photos of the basement on the site).
    The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 7 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.

    The price decreases according to the duration of the accommodation and the price is planned for 2 people, supplement of 15 € / night per additional person.
    It can perfectly suit a group of friends, large families (possibilities to accommodate 8 to 9 people) wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium, a group working with the nearby European institutions.
    Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels).
    Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros.
    We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
    Dogs and cats welcome (30 € extra).

Boendet ligger i ett vackert, äldre hus bara ett stenkast från EU-parlamentet. Så om man har ärende dit eller i närliggande institutioner är läget perfekt! Mycket vackert och rymligt boende som är personligt inrett Man känner sig verkligen som hemma. Allt som kan behöva för en bekväm vistelse finns och köket är välutrustat. Apartment was great, central and easy to get into. Could’ve used another face cloth and a cloth in the kitchen to wipe the counter but otherwise it was very comfortable and well maintained. We had a lovely visit, host was so kind and helpful whenever we had questions. Would stay again :)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Caroline et Fabrice. L’emplacement est idéal (commerces, moins de 10 minutes du métro, moins de 5 minutes de la gare…). L’appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et les hôtes était très accommodants et facilement joignables. La cuisine était bien équipée et l’appartement était silencieux. La salle de bain était récente et en bon état (malgré une forte odeur d’égouts).Nous avons moins apprécié la literie que nous n’avons pas trouvé confortable mais nous recommanderons absolument cet appartement !

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment very much. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very good at communicating. The apartment was a quick walk to the Brussels Luxembourg train station, which was easy to navigate to get to Brussels Centraal and the other stations.
