「Apparently there is a 15 minute rule. So if you check in and don't make it back to the front within 15 minutes, you can't get a refund. So we were forced to pay for the night we didn't even stay there.
Room was terrible but service we received was even worse.
Room smelled like mildew and Marijuana but we were called "crazy" because "it's a non smoking room". Dirt in the beds, ceiling falling in, spiders UNDER the mattress.
When I went to the service desk to ask for a refund so I could...
