The Nook: 1st Floor, Near A&M, Comfy King Beds

This first floor 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is full of character and located in Bryan's historic district, half-way between Texas A&M (3 miles) and downtown Bryan. Enjoy the Video Arcade Center. It also boasts fun and comfortable King beds, eclectic decor, a 65 inch TV that streams Netflix and Amazon Prime. With its' central location, it is an easy drive anywhere in Bryan/College Station The apartment includes dedicated parking and a deep southern porch.

Guests have access to entire downstairs apartment: 2 bedrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room and kitchen.

This is a family neighborhood in the historical district of Bryan. The home was built in 1937 and has original hardwood floors.

The sofa is old and tired. The chairs are great, but not in the position needed for comfortable tv watching. Tv in the bedrooms would be nice. Hair dryer didn't even turn on.

Fantastic

Can’t say enough good things about this property. My youngest son has some good allergies so VRBO is usually our best bet for multiple nights stays so we can prep his food personally for his safety. Property was clean well organized and had enough of what we needed as a family of 4. Communication with the owner was perfect check in was a breeze with absolutely zero complications. This owner is an absolute PRO and has figured the process out.

Perfect home base for a downtown Bryan event

The house was as presented, clean and cozy. It’s an older property that come with charm and old house quirks, but nothing that takes away from the comfort or ease of access and location. I would stay here again.
