"We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like smoke whatsoever. "

"Room was good, breakfast was minimal. Not a typical hotel breakfast. No eggs, meat. Cereal, pancakes and muffins. Okay, just not what we typically receive. "

"The STAFF WAS AWESOME EASTER WEEKEND I WENT & was extremely exhausted the staff helped me check in less then 10 mins I had my keys & laying in a comfortable nice clean room "

"We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . We are vegetarian (don’t eat egg too)so we anyways had options to eat cereals , oats with milk and bagels but that also we couldn’t. Only item available was we waffles(as content showed no eggs) . Post 30-35 mins items were stocked including milk . For Marriott and other hotel chains- it’s also high time to redesign their breakfast and include hot vegetarian option all they have standard - scrambled egg , some sausage "
