“Lodge has a nice historic vibe in the exterior and lobby. We had a nice room suite, with two full bathrooms, great when traveling with 2 adults and 3 kids. Kinda bland in the decor, bed was just ok, not evey comfortable. Had to request sheets for the pullout. Pillows were scarce. Staff was friendly and helpful. The park has so many hiking trails and the falls are beautiful. A few areas of concern: With hot water on full and no cold, shower was just hot enough, so whatever. No elevator, which……

“Everything was fine EXCEPT our tv had no sound. They reset the spectrum box but that didn’t help. They would move us but had no other room available. I reviewed tv settings and could not find anything concerning sound. I did manage to turn on closed captioning but it’s not the same without sound. Also this is the first place we’ve stayed that had no Kleenex. They did discount our rate for the lack of tv sound which we appreciated. ”

“Great service at front desk! Breakfast was tasty and good quality! Will stay again if we are in the area! The outside could use some freshening up, but lobby, breakfast area, and our room was great. The new shower head was amazing and exceeded my expectations (where can I buy this shower head?!?!)”

“We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. ”

“This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. ”

“Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.”
