"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"Our room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable, there was enough space to unpack and store things, and the water in the shower was nice and warm. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and the food was fresh and tasty. The lady in reception who checked us in on Sunday evening was particularly cheerful and helpful, as was the gentleman serving in the restaurant."
