“If you’re looking for a minimalist, trendy and clean hotel look know further. The bed is very comfortable with the softest sheets. The donuts and coffee in their outdoor common area was a tasty surprise. There’s a healthy food market/deli across the street, a good brew pub on the corner and a donut shop within walking distance. Other than that, South Oceanside and this hotel are car/UBER dependent.”

“View of the peir and ocean from our room. Very clean and cozy. Tiki bar and rooftop lounge were amazing. You can walk to everything .”

“What a great room for the family! The grounds are pretty with unique plants. There’s no pool but it’s one street to the beach. The hotel has sand buckets and folding chairs to use. On Wed evenings there’s a street market two blocks away. Great restaurants everywhere. I loved the clean, fresh-smelling pillows and sheets.”

“Where do I begin? Bb gun shots on the door, dusty furniture, stained bed sheets, stained crown molding , floors, walls, etc. Grimy shower, clogged sink, dirty pool, with floating pieces inside......disgusting overall establishment that needs to be inspected by city. Homelessness surrounding cars...the ksut goes on and on..... overall a very sketchy.....do not stay here, especially with a family!”
