The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, a work desk, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large closet, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower. There is a private balcony with outdoor chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a second Smart TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a second full bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer for light loads. All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building. The on-site Concierge team will be available during your stay at the Bay Property & Rentals office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and over the phone. LIFE Bucerias is near "Riviera Nayarit" Boulevard, where you can catch public transportation during the day, and Taxi and Uber services are available 24/7. *There is one cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If you stay for less than seven nights and want a cleaning service it can be scheduled for an additional cost. *This apartment DOES NOT have a reserved parking space.
