The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. Hotels.com only provide their own itinerary code which is invalid. So, if you know you are arriving late, contact the property in advance and……
