“Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. The cleaning lady who offered more clean towels as we stayed an extra night was so sweet. The breakfast lady was super……

“The room was cozy, warm, and clean during our chilly November stay, and Lehka was a lovely host! We especially loved the breakfasts, chatting with Newton and enjoying a delicious full English breakfast along with Lehka's delicous banana bread! The location is convenient and charming and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily come back again! A big thank you again to Lehka and Newton :)”

“just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.”

“Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room……

“noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. ”
