「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room. Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...

「Loud noise from the structure of the building at random times during day and night time (till 2am). Noise definitely not from the street and our room was not facing busy street, and the banging noise (almost like throwing a dumbbell to the ground) came from the bathroom. Hotel claimed they did not know where the noise came from and refused to change room.」
