Sehr angenehm. Wir hatten super Wetter und es war nicht zu heiß. Der Pool war trotzdem eine super gute Abkühlung. Unsere Wohnung war oben, mit Dachterrasse und das war mit Abstand schon das größte Highlight.Durch den Luftzug, war es so herrlich mediterran, da braucht man die Klima drin eigentlich nicht. 'Ok, in der Nacht ist die Klima dann doch ganz angenehm - aber tagsüber ist die Terrasse der Knaller. Wir waren wirklich super happy - wenn auch die Räumlichkeiten bei vier Personen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) nicht gigantisch sind. Aber es war gemütlich.Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Marko ist super freundlich und kompetent. Den kann man alles fragen. Man findet ihn immer im kleinen Laden, wo man auch initial den Schlüssel holt. Marko erklärt einem das wichtigste. Pool ist nicht riesig - aber ausreichend. Ja, kein wirklicher Kinderspielplatz - aber wir haben trotzdem gespielt. In den Ruhezeiten eben nicht. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Komplette Ausstattung und alles in TipTop Zustand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Ruhige Lage und mit dem Auto wirklich nur ein paar Minuten zum MEGA-Strand. ;)

Lovely Base for Exploring Sardinia

We had a lovely time at Limpiddu Residence. Monica was very responsive whenever we had a question, and Marco was quick to help resolve any issues. As others have mentioned, the bin schedule is a bit overcomplicated, but we understand it's out of the hosts' control. They did their best to explain it clearly to ensure everything was sorted properly.The only thing we found slightly disappointing was the strict rules around pool usage. While the pool being open from 9am to 9pm is great, the upstairs apartments don't have assigned sun loungers. You're not allowed to leave any belongings around the pool, so it takes extra effort to bring loungers down and back up each time—especially inconvenient if you're traveling with children. Also, diving, inflatables, and balls are not permitted, which limits what kids can do in the pool. During our stay, most apartments were occupied by families with young children, so it was a bit disheartening that the pool rules seemed more tailored to adults.That said, the apartment itself was brilliantly equipped and spotlessly clean. It provided a fantastic base for exploring the northeast and east coast of the island. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated the hospitality.

Super schön!

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung war super sauber! Der Check-In mit Marco lief reibungslos, auch gierfür ein großes Danke. Wir durften sogar Monica und ihren Mann kurz kennenlernen, alle waren super lieb und nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Idealer Kurzurlaub

Tolles Appartment, tolle Gegend, phantastische Gastgeber (Grazie Maria e Marco),: Leider war es uns etwas zu kalt für den Pool, aber alleine mirgens mit dem Kaffee in der Hand auf den Pool zu blicken oder etwas weiter weg das Meer. So muss das sein. Ausflüge nach Olbia und Alghero (unbedingt Neptuns Grotten besichtigen) haben das alles abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Irgtendwann.A presto e grazie di tutto!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à Llimpidu, a peine 30mn de voiture de l’aéroport d’Olbia. Nous sommes tombés sur une semaine caniculaire (+ de 45* tout les jours)mais entre la piscine de l’appartement et la plage a moins de 2 km cela a était supportable. Endroit calme,commerce a Budoni, animation le soir en ville Vacances au top!!

Meravigliosa !

Ein sehr gepflegte , sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der es an nichts mangelt.Die kleine Anlage ist top gepflegt, die Umgebung ruhig und doch zentrlal gelegen. Marco und Monica sind perfekte Gastgeber, stets bemüht und immer präsent, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen und gerne länger bleiben ;-) Grazie mille e tanti saluti !

Sehr schöne Anlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf Sardinien und eine tolle Unterkunft in der Residenza Limpiddu. Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 4 in der Parterre war für uns perfekt, die Einrichtung sehr schön und relativ neu, gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, dies gilt für die gesamte Anlage sowie für den Pool. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die schönsten Strände. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Monica war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Marco (der Hausverwalter) hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir fühlten uns sofort in der sehr sauberen und schönen Wohnung wohl, genossen die Zeit auf dem großzügigen Balkon (wenn wir da waren). Der Pool war eine schöne tägliche Erfrischung. Monica regelte vor unserem Urlaub alles für unser Wohlbefinden. Marco war vor Ort in seinem kleinen Laden immer für uns erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war sehr schön!

Alles hat super geklappt. Marco, der Hausmeister, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Geschäft für die nötigen Dinge ist gleich ein paar Schritte entfernt. Ein kleines Kaffee ist gleich gegenüber. Die Pizzen die man sich zwei Häuser holen kann sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist nett, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Monika antwortet schnell und ausführlich auf Fragen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben 12 Tage 22-23 KW 2019 in dem App. verbracht, Reisezeit Klimatisch super, leider war das Meer noch zu kalt zum Baden. Anlage und App. sind super, der Pool war in der ersten Woche noch was frisch das hat sich aber mit steigender Temp. dann gegeben. Ansonst. Pool und Wohnung im super gepfelgten Zustand. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Es waren sogar Strandliegen und ein Sonnenschirm verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen gepflegten Anlage mit Swimmingpool. Der Ort Budoni liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe mit kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und einem wunderschönen Strand. Von Budoni aus kann man die Insel wunderbar erkunden. Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon einen guten Kontakt zu Frau Tronci. Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und auch eine frühere zeitliche Anreise wäre möglich gewesen. Vor Ort wird man von Marco betreut. Er hat in der unmittelbaren Nähe ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Bei irgendwelchen Fragen und Problemen kann man sich immer an ihn wenden und er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und werden selbst gerne nochmals wiederkommen.

WONDERFUL APPARTMENT AND PERFECT LOCATION

This appartment is brand new, exactly as described by the owner and in the pictures. Very well decorated and very clean, it gives you a sense of tranquility from the very beginning. Nothing is left to case and everything you need is there. We found it really comfortable, the mattress is in memory foam and guarantees peaceful sleeping nights. The terrace is the perfect place for enjoying the outdoor in privacy and the swimming pool is a great plus. Limpiddu is a small village which offers all basic services, just a few steps from the residence. In 2 minutes by car you can reach Sa Capanizza beach with its white sand and crystal clear water. The location is ideal for a quite holiday and very well positioned to explore the North-East cost of Sardinia, from Costa Smeralda to Golfo di Orosei. We really recommend this property and will come back again!

Traumurlaub in Limpiddu

Wir genossen den Urlaub in einem modern wie zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Apartment. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage, großzügig überdachte Terrasse, perfekt. Gelegen in einer kleinen Apartmentanlage mit einem fantastischen Pool. Limpiddu ist eine kleine Ortschaft, mit Bar, kleiner Pizzeria und einem kleinen Einkaufmarkt. Alles nur enige Meter vom Appartement entfernt. Inhaber des Marktes ist Marco, der sich auch um die Übergabe/Übergabe der Wohnung kümmert sowie Ansprechpartner für alle kleinen Belange ist. Unkompliziert, sehr nett, sehr entspannt. Limpiddu ist fantastisch gelegen. Nur 1 km von der Autostrada entfernt, erreicht man Olbia, den Flughafen und Ausflugsziele in Sardinien perfekt. Nicht zuletzt natürlich in wenigen Minuten die Traumstrände in Budonie und San Teodoro ... Absolute Empfehlung für alle Urlauber, die Ihren Urlaub nicht in einer größeren Ferienanlage verbringen, sondern den Tag entspannt in einem kleinen sardischen Ort genießen möchten.

Lovely apartment overlooking a delightful pool

Positives: Marco met us at 21:15 and showed us all the necessary details with great precision. Very helpful. He also runs the local mini-market which was very useful. The property is lovely with good aircon in the main room and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped including a kettle (quite rare in Italy). The outdoor dining area was superb. Wifi was very good. Areas which could be improved: For tea drinkers the mugs were rather small. A DVD player would be a bonus, particularly for off-season holidays like ours. The lighting in the kitchen area was rather dull. A spotlight would be an excellent improvement. Observations about the area: We stayed for a week towards the end of October and struggled to find any Agriturisimo restaurants that were open. The local restaurant "La Perla" was disappointing. We actually did a lot of touring even going as far as Stintino in the north west. There is a new dual carriageway under construction between Olbia and Sassari that should be completed by summer 2019 which will greatly improve travel options. The local Vermintino wine was a delight. Should have done a winery tour but only discovered the wine too late in the week to make it worthwhile.

Beautiful little apartment providing all you need for a perfect getaway

This apartment is located in a lovely, quiet residential area with nearby beaches easily accessible by car. We visited many different beautiful beaches which were only a short car ride away! The apartment is decorated to a modern standard with a seaside theme and really had absolutely everything we needed. From equipment to take to the seaside to little things like providing laundry detergent. Every little detail was thought of and really made our visit. We loved the complimentary coffee and wine - it was such a nice touch. Monica was really easy to communicate with from day one and the local agent, Marco, was always on hand and very helpful. Thank you for a great holiday!

Bel appartement et bon séjour

Appartement conforme à la description du site internet : propre et bien équipé avec grande terrasse qui donne sur la piscine. Nous avons apprécié le petit cadeau d'accueil ( bouteille de vin et des gâteaux sardes). L'équipement est complet 'et très pratique quand on arrive en avion ( parasol, chaises longues, mais aussi condiments et produits d'entretiens à disposition). La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible à distance. Nous n'avons pas eu un coup de cœur sur la région mais de très belles plages à proximité ( voiture indispensable) Un petit bémol, le wifi est payant (20 € pour la semaine). Petit conseil : aller régulièrement consommer à l'épicerie de Marco, l'intendant, qui rendra votre séjour plus agréable....lol😋.
