“We had a wonderful stay! Pam, the owner, was wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms were so clean beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Looking forward to staying again this coming summer.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back.……

“I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend……

“We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!……

“This waterfront property features a main building that houses the lobby, restaurant, and lighthouse, along with several cottages spread across the grounds. Most of the cottages offer at least partial views of the water. While the exteriors appear a bit dated, the interiors are well maintained — especially considering the year-round exposure to salty sea air and harsh winter snow. “Pass on this one - there are likely much better choices. The location was great! Beautiful views of golf course and lovely neighborhood. The room was disappointing. Outdated and in need of serious updates. The old carpet smell was displeasing. The bathroom window lock was broken and the bathroom window would not fully close. Bathtub/shower was cheaply done with a fiberglass type overlay that did not adhere to the wall. Old type shower head. Old outdated tile. The king size bed was……
