“Friendly ,helpful staff . Clean and comfortable”

“Our first and last stay here. The floors were disgusting. The washroom smelled like mold. The comforter which are reused did not have covers, they are covered with only two bed sheets which came off the moment my daughter's turned over. The remote was sticky and filthy. It was so bad i had to drive to cvs to buy disenfecting wipes. Breakfast staff were amazing though. Very pleasant and responsive. Front desk not so much. We were there 2 nights. On our check out day, we asked to use beach……

“Alert: They advertise the superior ocean review room and show 2nd floor with balcony and chairs and a table. See in the pics what they showed I rented and what they gave me. The room is actually 1st floor and a pool is directly outside the window to the left and STRANGERS are immediately outside to the front of the room staring into where the 2 beds are! There is also a bar on the same level. High traffic area for $575/night and they charge other fee when they aren’t supposed to. They baited……

“Expect irregularities on the rooms. Know what to ask and don't take anything for granted. Don't even assume you have a bathroom in your room... And don't assume the room is not tiny . Or that the AC is not located near your head, humming and blowing wind straight on your face when you go to sleep (see picture). The building was not built to be hotel and was renovated. As a result, some rooms don't have bathroom and shower in them, and you have to share it with the other rooms around. This is……
