Pedal & Paddle Haven offers the ultimate adventure retreat in the coveted South Main area! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfectly situated with biking and hiking trails starting right outside your backdoor. For water enthusiasts, the Arkansas River is just a short walk away, offering easy access for kayaking or paddleboarding.

Whether you’re here to explore scenic trails, navigate thrilling rapids, or simply unwind in a vibrant community surrounded by nature.

This South Main home is located 2 blocks from the Arkansas River where you can easily access the river as well as hiking and biking trails.

On the first floor of this home you'll enjoy an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area all flowing together. Also located on the main floor is a half bathroom. With a front and back porch you're sure to enjoy the 360 views that Buena Vista has to offer.

As you venture up the stairs to the second floor you'll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom, a walk in closet and a private balcony. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the landing of the second floor you'll also find the washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay.
