Localização excelente

Foi acima da nossa expectativa, pelas fotografias estava com um pouco de receio, parecia que precisava de reformas, no entanto a equipe extremamente prestativa, a limpeza do quarto que diga-se de passagem é imenso e possui muito espaço para acomodar roupas, sapatos, cremes...enfim os móveis são um pouco velhos, mas nada que desabone o hotel, acho que possui quartos reformados, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, singelo mas tudo gostoso, a localização é privilegiada, voltaria sem dúvida nenhuma!

Xerox não autorizada do cartão, hotel decadente

Péssima experiência desde a chegada. Ao fazer o check in o funcionáriotirou xerox frente e verso do meu cartão de crédito, sem me pedir autorização nem explicar o motivo! Ele tambem passou o cartão e assinei o valor total da estadia. Na hora não briguei porque eram mais de 3h da manhã. Depois procurei a recepção e questionei o procedimento, ja que o verso do cartão possui o código PIN, e as informações que eles estavam em mãos são protegidas pelo sigilo bancário. Afinal, com esses dados poderiam fazer compras pela internet e clonar meu cartão. O funcionário bem sem paciência falou que para ter o desconto do IVA tinha que ser assim e pronto. Se eu não quisesse fornecer tais dados tudo bem, mas não teria a isenção do imposto. Depois de muito brigar e insistir ele buscou a cópia no arquivo e eu risquei o codigo PIN. Mas ele deixou bem claro que tais dados já tinham sido inseridos no sistema deles e estavam armazenadas de forma eletrônica. Achei um abuso total!!! Ele falou que funciona assim, o que é mentira pois saí de lá e fui pro hotel Ibis Obelisco, na mesma rua, e não foi esse o procedimento, ninguém tirou cópia do meu cartão e tive o desconto do IVA. O hotel Bauen é velho, decadente, e a decoração do quarto é baixo astral. Levamos um choque ao entrar no quarto. O café da manha é o mesmo todos os dias, bem simples, com pouquissimas opções, e não tem queijo e presunto. Não me atentei que não estava incluído e custou absurdos 100 pesos/pessoa, e tb não avisaram. Nunca mais!!!

Bem localizado e com a hospitalidade excelente.

A hospitalidade foi sensacional. Recebi informações para tudo. Na última noite decidi assistir um show de tango e o atendente da recepção do hotel fez a compra do meu ingresso com van e jantar para o "Senor Tango" e foi maravilhoso.

Considero un hotel de buena atención en general; el no contar con el desayuno dentro de los costos de la habitación hace que sea difícil recomendar a otra persona. Generalmente los que contratamos un servicio de hotel, queremos contar con el desayuno mínimo dentro del costo de la habitación. pagar para desayunar es muy costoso; hay cafeterías a la redonda que tienen costos mucho menores. De igual manera, por los tiempos y comodidades quiero desayunar ya en hotel y salir a hacer las actividades planificadas, así optimizar el tiempo. Muchas gracias

hermoso hotel, con personal muy amable y servicial, la habitación era amplia, limpia y luminosa, hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, además de la confitería restaurant tiene una terraza adonde se puede fumar, excelente relación precio calidad!

広くて明るい部屋

部屋は、ダイニング、ベッド、リビングの3パートに分かれていて、広くてとても過ごしやすかったです。窓も大きく眺望も開けているので、とても明るかったです。スタッフの皆さんもとても感じが良くてフレンドリーでした。この料金でこの内容は、かなりお得かと思います。また次回泊まります。

Apesar do hotel ser antigo, está em razoável estado de conservação e tem alguns quartos semi renovados. A estadia foi ruim, pois no segundo dia tinha morcego dentro do quarto. O rapaz da recepção não pareceu surpreso e ainda achou normal, dizendo que este problema não era do hotel em si. Como o morcego pode ter entrado com as janelas todas fechadas? Depois de muito custo nos trocou para um quarto mais renovado.

Bauen Suite Hotel is a great value. Large comfortable studios with separate living/dining/kitchen/sleeping areas. Central location, easy transportation access. Furniture is old but comfortable. Great value considering price, service and location.

I would recommend this clean, friendly, safe, budget hotel. Great area to walk to attractions, lots of theatres, book stores, fun restaurants & cafes. Don't miss touring the Opera Theatre for world's best sound!
