"The bathroom was a little bit small, but the room was pretty spacious and had nice big beds. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is close to the station and bus terminal. All in all, we were very happy with the amenities of the hotel and location. "

"The staff is incredible! The owner, Chris, is so inviting and welcoming as is the rest of the staff. There is a shuttle you can book to take you to the mountains, dinners, train station. The restaurant in the hotel is so good though as well. The rooms are very clean and they offer robes and sandals for the baths / showers. "

I needed to forward some large luggage to my next hotel, and the front desk team made sure that everything was seamless, even accounting for our difference in language to ensure all information was correct.
