“The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! And the food was amazing and a wonderful experience. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners and they were all……

“I had a wonderful stay at this Japanese hotel! The tatami room was incredibly comfortable, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The outdoor onsen was fabulous, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The breakfast/ dinner included were delicious and truly added to the experience. I would definitely come back again! Highly recommend!”

“好大型的酒店也有好多設施，自助餐和溫泉都很好，位立於滑雪場內。但個人覺得這個滑雪場對我這種snow board初級者不太適合，最底的綠色線雪道地形斜道不夠，橫版基本上動不了。如果上去上一條綠色線，雪道太窄而且九曲十三彎，加上最大問題是沿途旁邊全是萬丈深淵，心理壓力太大。”

“Hotel Hanabun was a great ryokan experience! It is nestled in the mountains offering a peaceful getaway from touristy/crowded areas. It had the best onsen water, even the locals went there to bathe! The hosts and staff are all friendly and accommodating to your needs. Google translate was necessary to communicate, but everyone is very patient. The food was incredibly delicious, and they use locally sourced, fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy ryokan. ”

“餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。”
