“Some old smell in the room, no lift, not good for suitecases. Poor location if you don't have a car or Uber. The hotspring not maintained well, some pieces leakages so the water is little muddy.”

“The staff apologized during check in that there was water leaking from the air conditioner in my room. Though I had been informed before, it's still not convenient as the leaking point is right the passage to the door. Also it caused some mouldy smell in my room. The hotel has a small public bath - perhaps it's not peak season, it's not crowded during my stay. It is within the token street - some restaurants nearby for dinner.”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”
