Villa Marula is situated in the green interior of Istria, next to the small town of Buje. The fully fenced property with Mediterranean garden, swimming pool and summer kitchen with barbecue is ideal for a holiday in a peaceful environment. This modern one-storey house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. Leisure facilities such as table tennis will entertain guests of all ages and your pet is also welcome in the villa.



An open plan living area with a lounge, kitchen and dining room forms the central part of the ground floor. Glass doors at several points in the room open directly onto the garden or pool, bringing in natural light. The modern living room has a large sofa and TV and is a great place to spend time with family or friends. The dining table for 8 is also a favourite place to spend time together. You can also prepare your own specialities in the fully equipped kitchen. The modern kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick bite to eat or a coffee in the morning.



There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds. The rooms are decorated in a modern and minimalist style to create a soothing atmosphere, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Out of the 4 bedrooms, 3 have access to the garden, so you can join the other guests on the covered terrace directly from your room. All the bathrooms are modern and equipped with shower cubicles. 1 bathroom also has a double washbasin and bidet, and all of them have hairdryers.



At first sight, the garden will win you over with its greenery. The central point of gathering and relaxation is the 24 m² outdoor pool with stair access. In addition to the outdoor shower, there is a sunbathing area with 8 loungers where you can relax all day long. Next to the pool there is a stone summer kitchen with a barbecue where you can prepare your meals in the breeze and enjoy them at a large table on the covered terrace. You will find a number of places to relax, and in the grassy corner of the garden the children can have fun on the slide and the swing. You can also enjoy a game of table tennis, table football or badminton in the fragrant Mediterranean air, all waiting for you at Villa Marula. Private parking for 3 vehicles with electric car charging points is available on site.



While you're relaxing at Villa Marula, feel free to stroll through the old town of Buje. There you can visit the 14th century church of St. Servul. Lovers of historical heritage will enjoy a visit to Momjan, just a few minutes' drive from Buje, where they can visit an impressive 13th century castle. Be sure to taste the famous Momjan muscat and local Istrian olive oil, one of the best in the world. The coastal town of Umag, with its beautiful old town, is a ten-minute drive away. If you want to escape the crowds and relax on the beach, explore the hidden coves of Umag and its surrounding area.
