The hotel is just steps away from the historic city center - perfect for sight-seeing and shopping for local crafts. The hotel was quiet and very clean. I appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee/tea pot and good WiFi. The hotel’s rooftop terrace has a stunning view of the city’s historic architecture. I went up to take photos multiple times. "An amazing stay! The hotel is super close to Bukhara's historic old town, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had one minor communication hiccup, but it was rectified in a flash and ultimately left a fantastic impression of their customer service. The property itself is spotless and well-maintained with very comfortable rooms. Additionally, the breakfast was the best I had in Uzbekistan—homemade, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, making each morning very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. It takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach Labi Hovuz, from where you can easily explore the main sightseeing attractions on foot. As an added bonus, we were allowed to check in a little earlier than the agreed time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended."
