“Pros: great location near Registan, great price point, friendly staff Cons: room wasn't fully cleaned since the previous guest, thin walls, bed not very comfortable, bathroom in need of a reno. TL;DR you get what you pay for, and it's a reasonable option if you prioritize value and convenience over cleanliness and comfort.”

“As many previous reviews have mentioned, the host was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the Amir Temur Mausoleum and about 10 minutes to Registan Square. There’s also a great food spot directly across the street, with a local market within walking distance. Highly recommend!”

“This place is a gem inside the walled city of Itchan Kala. Everything looks pretty new or recently renovated. The room and other facilities are very clean, brigth, sunny and cozy. The air was fresh too. The highlight was the breakfast, served on traditional Uzbek china with a large selection of Uzbek cuisine. The place is runned by a lovely couple and their lovely sons. There is care and love in every single detail of this property. I highly recommend this place.”
