“Booked for two days check in was terrible. They gave us a room when we tried to get in there was a person in the room. They gave us another room smelled stinky room. Next day at around 10 am someone tried to get into our room. We have decided check out early that day, asked for a refund they assured me payment will be refunded for one day with no problem. They said I am good to go today after four days I received an email with rejection for a refund. Stay away from this place 👎👎👎”

“Kein täglicher Reinigungsservice. Frühstück war nichts für uns. Dringende Renovierung notwendig. 2x Stromausfall für ca. 10 Minuten. Personal war gut.”

“Mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. There is also steady foot traffic from bar……

“Nice room, the big bed was two twin beds put together, staff was very nice, breakfast was great and it is located close to attractions, metro, shops and restaurants.”

“Ben Torino sınavı için geldim ve okula yakın diye bu otelde kaldım, bence otel çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı idare ederdi. Çalışanlar nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. İngilizce bilmeleri çok iyi oldu. Biraz Türkçe de biliyorlar bazıları. Özbekçe ve Rusça da konuşuyorlar. Odalar temizdi fakat 3. günümde temizliğe gelmediler. Kendi çarşafımı kendim takmam gerekti ve ben gün içinde temizliğe gelir misiniz diye aramıştım. Televizyon bozuk gibiydi. Klima iyi çalışıyor. Yataklar rahat. Banyo temiz ve güzeldi. Herkese……
