「Positives: Well located for the train station and the airport. Amazing breakfast Staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke OK English. Generally quite with comfortable bed Very clean- credit to the housekeeping staff Negatives Apparently the hotel has been opened less than 2 years, however it already looks shabby and uncared for. There were scratches and chunks broken off the furniture and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The only storage for toiletries in the bathroom was a small shelf...

「It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended.」

「this is a wonderful hotel. Staff was helpful. All facilities are available at the hotel. We found it very easy to arrange taxi pick up from the rail station and taxi drop off to the airport through the hotel. Breakfast was very good.」

「I loved my stay at the Europe Hotel and will absolutely, positively stay there on all my future visits to Tashkent! The staff was fastastically friendly, warm and helpful, and I felt like I was truly welcomed. My room wasn't big, but perfectly appointed, super clean and very quiet. The room was "Street View", which meant that the windows opened to a cozy courtyard with tables and was quite elegant and, additionally, made the room very quiet even when I had my windows open.
