“First the positives: clean, spacious room, good AC, friendly staff, close walking distance to the Registan, 5-10 min depending on your walking speed. Loved the water dispenser for refilling bottles so we bought fewer throwaway bottles. Unfortunately, there were significant infrastructure issues that need addressed. Our 4-bed room had only two outlets which made charging things difficult. The regular lighting was dim, impossible to read by, and the alternate lighting was red which made the room……

“I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, as it had a luxurious feel from the moment we arrived. As soon as you enter, you can immediately sense the elegance and high standards. The front desk staff were professional, well-trained, and spoke English, Uzbek, and Russian, which is very helpful for international travelers. A special thank you to Shuxrat, who went above and beyond during our stay. He kindly drove us to the Eternal City in the golf cart and was always friendly and……

Ein Mini-Markt befindet sich direkt nebenan. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie. Am Bayram-Fest wurden wir spontan zum Essen eingeladen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ein wunderbares Beispiel für die Herzlichkeit, die wir nicht nur in diesem Hotel, sondern während unserer gesamten……

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the location was exceptional. ”

“There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. ”
