There is cockroach in the room. 4 guest but only 2 set of glass and spoon. the glass is very dirty. floating water in bathroom.

Just okay
Everything was okay. Receptionist wasn't friendly. Didn't smile when check in and doesn't know how to check when you book by Hotels.com. You must say it booked by Expedia. Spacious room, beds and pillow were not so comfortable. Room is clean and safe. Free breakfast is served but already finished around 9am.

There was complimentary breakfast which I didn’t expect at first. They still using old tv with no remote control. N worst, our door was broken. The access card not functioning. Need to go up n down many times. It’s so irritating

very bad ,very unfriendly staff,we have been serve ,even the first day we reach the hotel.the food is also not enought for breakfirst.

Worst Hotel ever stayed not worth price paid !
Disappointed, minute I step into the room it smell like the cover not being change. Water heater not working.. Ants seen crawlling on the bed.Had a terrible stay and didn't get to sleep whole night. Previous stay was ok but the standard has gone down.. Would not recomend anyone staying there !
