"We had a wonderful stay at the Berlima hotel. The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made sure we had everything needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. They arranged spa treatments, laundry cleaning and answered any questions we had day or night. We enjoyed most meals at the restaurant located on the property and the food was delicious. Overall, our stay at Berlima was nothing short of amazing!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay for three nights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellentstaff were responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. We didn’t encounter any issues throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was also delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area as all the must visit places are hardly 15-20 mins away from grab."

What most stood out however was how genuinely friendly, helpful and lovely all the staff were - from reception to bell boys to housekeepers, restaurant staff and gardeners - a sign of a great place to work?"

"We loved our stay at Movenpick. Great resort for families. So much to do there and the kids club was great. We even met Jan who kindly introduced himself whilst we were enjoying our buffet breakfast (so many delicious options). The staff there are amazing and represent the beauty of the Balinese people. It was such a great stay. Definitely on the pricier side but well worth it. Our first time in Bali and we’re grateful we stayed at Movenpick during our short time there."

"The staff was so attentive and kind. The thalassotherapy center and treatment was amazing. My grand daughter unfortunately fell and fractured her elbow ( no one’s fault) , they couldn’t have been more concerned and helpful they even refunded 1 room for early departure. So many options for pools and restaraunts. Great service, lots of diversity in food choices."

"This is a great hotel and the villa is exquisite, lots of great potential and the staff is the best I have encountered. Unfortunately we had too many ants coming to see us and while they were not in the living spaces, it was still unpleasant to see so many but fast reaction from the hotel."

"This was a great place but with relatively disappointing service. Pros: Great location Excellent pool area Good quality food and choices Excellent room set up Tappanyaki restaurant was great Cons: Service at the restaurant (Grill) was terrible - we waited 45 minutes, just to get our drinks. We had to constantly chase to get them to bring food - similar story was happening at breakfast, even though the place did not look very busy. Staff at the reception was also disorganised - we had booked our air transfers in advance and had everything agreed - but the night before we had different people contacting us with completely different information WhatsApp communications were also generally useless if you wanted a response within the hour"
