“The pool was enjoyable with a beautiful view. Our pool chair was covered the whole time we were at the hotel. We weren’t able to open the umbrella at all. When checking in they said they will come and open the umbrella for the sun and the pool chair cover at 0700am but never happened. The staff were really friendly. An issue we had was that we got a message saying our stay will have breakfast included, but when checking in they said no that message we received from Expedia was wrong. Which is……

“I paied two nights, but staied one night and left. This is not a hotel, it is a farm with a couple of local houses. The staff didn't know what they were doing, slow and most of the time no response. The food is bad, too many flies. Away from town. No way to go shopping. The worst experience I have ever had in my thirty days trip in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bali. I suggest hotels.com terminate the contract with this hotel.”
