    Welcome to S'more Lake Time, a waterfront retreat designed for unforgettable Lake Anna views. Set on 2 acres with 200 feet of no-wake zone lakefront, it features a private beach perfect for floating and relaxing. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home boasts 2 family rooms, a bonus bunk room, and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Enjoy a screened porch, large deck, gazebo, fire pit, and ample dock space for your water toys. Cable internet and ample parking for your family and friends.



    Guest Access:

    You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

    **Additional Information:**

    - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

    - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    - Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

    - No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

    - No Pets Allowed.



    **Guest Requirements:**

    In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

    Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Annual family lake vacation

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. It is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and would love to come back next year. The house is perfect for a large group with separate living spaces and plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals for the week. We enjoyed the sandy beach and the dock and the beautiful views of the lake.

Huge space for our family. There was a nice beach for the kids and we were able to keep our boat at the dock. And a whole shed worth of water toys not to mention the kayaks and paddle board. The view from the house is lovely especially at sunset. We ate out and hung out on the many decks and the screened in porch was lovely on the rainy day. We all enjoyed the Japanese and other gardens. And the fire pit was a lovely way to end our day - especially with the s'more package!

We loved staying here! We were traveling with eight adults and two children (almost 2 and 4) and it was a great spot for the adults and kids alike. The house was clean and had plenty of space. It is shaped like a U with a breezeway in the middle and we kept the family with kids on one side for easier bedtime and naps, away from the kitchen if people were using it during those times. It was nice to be able to have a quiet side of the house that had actual doors to eliminate the noise. There are skylights in a lot of the rooms but a couple without to be able to use for naps during the day. It was also great to not have stairs inside to worry about. The beach area was great. We used some of the kayaks, a paddle boat, and the canoe from the owner and brought some of our own items that could be tied to the dock if needed. We also fished off the dock and there were plenty of spots away from the immediate swimming area to throw a line in. The linens and towels was very comfortable to use and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. We liked getting Vito’s pizza and boating to the Lake Anna Taphouse for lunch and beer. Great spot and we will be back!
