「The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was very clean!」

「We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

「I was visiting for my high school reunion. I arrived early so I had to wait for two hours before I could check in. It was ok because I drove through the Civil War battlefield and it was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. I went to my evening event and returned but was locked out. There was no explanation but my key was re-coded and I continued my stay. I was pleased with the breakfast and everyone was pleasant. The last morning I went to have breakfast before I checked out but...
