Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Room is a little on the small side and bathroom badly designed but I would stay here again. Breakfast was good. Car parking excellent.

We were visiting family who live nearby and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water and little extra touches throughout. The food at breakfast was delicious and loads of choice even for us fussy Brits !! But best of all was the staff who were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. If we return to visit we will definitely book another stay.

Booked the hotel as I had a training to attend in Bunnik. Overall good hotel, a bit outside of the town centre and nothing around that. But if you travel for business I guess it's ok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast

The staff are excellent and helpful. Some of the equipment in the gym is broken so limited especially if there’s more than 1 person in the gym. Breakfast items can sometimes be a bit dry from being left out. The fruit was also old but other than that it’s a fine stay and very convenient for getting on the motorway.

Confortable room

The experience overall was good. Breakfast was somehow simple but okay for me. The room was better than i expected; small but clean. Once i became familiar with the ac the room temperature was convinent. The hotel locates near to a busy road therefore my room wasn't that quiet.

The train station is 20 minutes walking away. A busstop is more near the hotel. The flexibility of the staff, as I had made an error. I came 1 day earlier than I had booked. No problem. I could extend with 1 day earlier. And not having to move to another room the next day.

Clean, comfortable and friendly

A convenient location if you are travelling by car, it’s a long walk from Bunnik Station and not friendly for those walking. Rooms were comfortable and clean, food at the restaurant excellent, but the service was not attentive in the bar / dining area (staff often talking to each other and checking their phones rather than looking out for guests). When you had their attention, service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, better value than staying in Utrecht Central, but not as convenient unless travelling by car.
