Fijn huis, op prima locatie

Keurig onderhouden, en goed uitgerust huis. Vrijgelegen en via de achtertuin loop je zo de duinen in. We hadden niet begrepen dat er niet standaard hoeslakens waren. Maar dat werd terplekke heel snel en plezierig opgelost

Heerlijk huisje in de duinen van Ameland. Je bent zo op het strand. Keurig schoon, iets gedateerd, maar heeft hierdoor ook z’n charme.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in einem sehr gemütlichen und top ausgestattetem Häuschen. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin! Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Kinderbettmatratzen dürften erneuert werden, der tiefer gelegene Fernsehbereich ist schlecht zu heizen.

Reetdachhäuschen in den Dünen

Das Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Lage. Auch innen war vieles liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Es ist allerdings auch in die Jahre gekommen und etliches müsste erneuert werden. Mit der Sauberkeit wird es aber nicht so genau genommen, was uns schon sehr gestört hat. Da für die Endreinigung 135.€genommen werden, müsste unserer Meinung nach alles wirklich sauber sein, was keinesfalls der Fall war.

Traumhaft

Sehr erholsam wegen ruhiger Lage, ausreichend Platz für alle. Für ältere Menschen ist die Treppe innen zu steil und der eigene Dünenaufgang leider nicht zu schaffen. Auch die Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten toller Urlaub vor allem für junge Familien mit und ohne Hunde.

Perfekte Lage

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Hunden eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Beauty. Das Haus selbst ist schon in die Jahre gekommen (wie auch in der Beschreibung angegeben), aber die Lage ist einfach traumhaft! Man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick direkt in die Dünen! Wir sagen Danke-gerne wieder!

Toll gelegenes gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund der verschiedenen Bereiche im Haus hatten wir genug Platz zum Essen, spielen und basteln. Alles ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Es gibt nur eine Toilette, weshalb man diesbezüglich nicht empfindlich sein darf. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht gleichwertig. Das große Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und hat gute Betten. Die beiden Kinderschlafzimmer haben teils durchgelege Betten, also Erwachsene könnten besser untergebracht sein. Dennoch insgesamt sehr positives Gesamtbild des Objektes.

Fijne vakantieweek in Beauty gehad.

We hebben een week gelogeerd in Beauty. Het huisje was prima schoongemaakt en Yvonne, de contactpersoon, was erg attent. De ruimte beneden is ruim voldoende. Het aparte zitje is leuk, de eettafel ruim en we waren blij verrast dat er een triptrapstoel aanwezig was. De keukeninventaris is meer dan compleet. Boven is het wat gedateerd, maar dat hinderde ons totaal niet. Wel vonden we de bedden slecht. De ruimte rondom het huisje is prima en op goede loopafstand naar zee. De trap is goed, maar niet erg kindvriendelijk. We hebben er een fijne vakantie gehad.

Bad nicht gründlich geputzt. Gartenliegen teils defekt und verrostet .

Gemütlich. Großteils,auch unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten ,renovierungsbedürftig. Im Vergleich zu benachbarten vergleichbaren,oft neuen oder grundrenovierten Objekten deutlich zu teuer.

Tolles Grundstück mit überaus gemütlichem Ferienhaus

Ein Ferienhaus in Premium-Lage auf Ameland, das man ohne jegliche Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen kann! Man fühlt sich dort einfach uneingeschränkt wohl und kann seine Kinder ohne Sorge auf dem großen Grundstück und in den angrenzenden Dünen spielen lassen. Man merkt, dass es sich um ein Objekt handelt, das sich bereits seit langem in Familienbesitz befindet, und das sowohl von innen als auch von außen gehegt und gepflegt wird. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit hat uns - vor allem im Vergleich zu zahlreichen anderen bereits angemieteten Ferienobjekten - begeistert! Wenn es etwas "zu bemängeln" gibt, dann - wie auch bereits in etlichen anderen Bewertungen angemerkt - dass die Betten/Matratzen in den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Einzelbetten ggf. einmal erneuert werden könnten.
