Helemaal verliefd!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Lekker ruim, fijne woonkamer met voor iedereen een comfortabele zitplek, complete keuken, riante slaapkamers, fijne bedden, grote badkamers en meer. Het kon allemaal niet op! De slaapkamer beneden met aansluitende badkamer en toilet ook ideaal voor mensen die wat minder goed ter been zijn. En de ligging, zo prachtig! Met de duinen als je achtertuin en op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het strand en strandhuis voor een lekker kopje koffie. Eigenlijk is alles op loopafstand. Het sprookjesachtige dorpje Nes, maar ook de supermarkt en het prachtige bos. Wij wilden eigenlijk niet meer naar huis en komen dus zeker terug!

Schönes Haus und prima Lage

Alles war ganz prima, nur die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin bei Übernahme und Abnahme des Objektes war nicht so angenehm/ unfreundlich.Sie war nicht über die Zahlung der Bettwäsche im Gesamtpreis informiert. Solche Dinge sollten aber klar zwischen Vermieter und Verwalter geregelt sein!

Sehr großes Haus mit toller Lage.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und liegt direkt auf dem Weg zum Strand. Es liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen eingezäunten Garten. Die Räume sind sehr groß und für 6-8 Personen bietet es viel Platz. Auch die Aufteilung der Räume mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Bad on Suite und und noch zwei zusätzlichen Toiletten ist perfekt. Leider sind die Möbel sehr alt und wirken schmuddelig. Auch die Betten sind schon älter haben aber sehr bequeme Matratzen. Die Küche müsste dringend renoviert werden. Rund um war es aber trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt, wie beschrieben, extrem günstig zum Strand, in der Dünenlandschaft. Und trotz Zufahrtstrasse ist es sehr ruhig. Haben den Urlaub genossen. Nicht in jeder Kategorie 5 *, weil: Wäre ich Besitzer eines solch tollen Hauses, würde ich es besser pflegen. Nicht falsch verstehen, es ist nicht schmutzig oder so, sondern nur etwas lieblos behandelt. Dennoch SEHR empfehlenswert.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern von 1 bis 11 Jahre in diesem Haus. Wir haben die Freiheiten, die dieses großzügige Haus in den Dünen bietet, sehr genossen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Nette Verwalterin und Vermieterin und offensichtlich auch fähige Reinigungsfee..... Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Ungemach!

Ärgerlich war die kaputte Lampe über dem Esstisch und ja, auch andere Lampen waren kaputt . Wobei es bereits der Hausbetreuerin bekannt war!!! Noch unschöner war der Ameisenangriff in der Küche, dem wir mit der Zeit etwas eindämmen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses hat das Ungemach aber wieder wett gemacht. Wir wuerden wieder kommen .

Weekendje Ameland

We hebben met de familie een weekend in dit huis verbleven. We hebben het verblijf als erg prettig ervaren! De locatie was super en het huis lekker ruim. Minpuntje was dat we erg laat (na eigen navraag) pas alle info over het huis kregen, met o.a. de mededeling dat linnen nog €15 extra pp is en aangevraagd moest worden. Voor dit bedrag waren de bedden nog niet opgemaakt. Ook kreeg ik geen reactie meer van de eigenaar op mijn berichten (met een vraag over oa het koffiezetapparaat). We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad op Ameland!

Fijn groot huis in een mooie omgeving

Een mooi huis, uitstekend geschikt als uitvalbasis voor mooie wandelingen en fietstochten, waarna het weer fijn “thuiskomen” is. Een uitstekende keuken voor het bereiden van maaltijden en een fijne tuin, waar ook de kleinkinderen zich hebben vermaakt.

Wat een huis! Mooi groot en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is schoon en netjes. Ook buiten is het groot en ruim, met veel zitgelegenheid. Ook aan de kinderen is gedacht: er is veel speelgoed voor alle leeftijden aanwezig.
