“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“This one bedroom apartment was better than advertised. Beautiful views, excellent location for walking to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodations were nice. The only complaint is the king sized bed needs to be changed. It is very squeaky and loud. I paid an additional 10/day fee to park in the neighboring building’s public parking garage. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
