“This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. ”

“This property was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a whole lot. It was located close to lots of places to eat and shop. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space after a few days of too much togetherness haha. The beach was just a few steps away and the outdoor shower with hot water was a godsend with kids. Definitely would stay there again. ”

“The host was wonderful and super communication. We stayed two weeks. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and kitchen had all we needed to cook great meals with local seafood. Our guests raved about the comfortable beds and pillows. The house is perfectly located in Surf City, walking to stores, restaurants and more. Keyless entry was so convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool on days that the surf was rough due to storm. We enjoyed long walks on the beach searching for……

“Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. All staff was very engaging and friendly. The Houseboat was beautiful and well maintained. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. Sunsets are beautiful!”

“This is an AMAZING home! I cannot recommend it enough. The location is great with so many places to walk to for meals and souvenir shopping and ice cream! The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds are so soft! The property was very clean when we arrived with all bed sheets and towels provided. And the balconies have an awesome view of the ocean. The pool is shared with 3 other homes, but that was not an issue at all! It was heated and very warm as well. The elevator works great. The only issue……
