“The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……

“The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly……

“The room was old and because of the choice of tiles looked dirty. The dust on the door to the ensuite was absolutely foul. The view was lovely. It was close to what we needed. The information provided from staff in the welcome email was excellent.”

“This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to……

“整體不錯 位置方便到黃金海岸主要遊樂區， 自駕有車位提供，WiFi 穩定，有細泳池及熱水池，健身房Sauna ，燒烤爐都不錯，唯獨房間清潔主要需要靠自己，一條毛巾用上整個租期，沒有沖涼液，洗衣液及洗潔精用完要再問櫃位 但工作時間只是8am -5pm，需預早詢問，另外入住時廚房廚具不太乾淨，床單亦發現有血跡，能改變就完美”

“We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.”

“The lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however it’s not really a big deal.”

“Spacious apartment and equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Magnificent view of the sea and beach at balcony. Heated pool and a small gym room are available. Free parking. Very near to Broadbeach and and Pacific Fair shopping mall.”

“Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true……
