「So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!」

「Fabulous find. Lovely family room with an entire upstairs with 2 single beds / TV and shower room for the kids. Lovely little touches / an arrival cocktail each, nespresso machine. Lovely little table in the shared patio. Fabulous family space! We also had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Kids spaghetti portion was so tiny we had to order a second (first time ever) and she finished that one! That’s the only negative I can find. 」

「We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Ladies at breakfast really welcoming and friendly. Great food choices inc gluten free cereal and croissants, so that was pleasing. Rooms are extremely lean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of shelving in the bathroom to put all our toiletries. Short walk to beach. We Will return. 」

「What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. It's a lovely quiet location but still close to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the ensuite bathroom really gives it the wow factor. Theresa is a great host. We actually had a problem with the smoke alarm on our first night, completely out of her control, but she got it sorted straight away with great...

「We stayed in the Churnery room for 2 nights on a B&b basis. Good size room with has been refurbished to modern standards. Everything supplied that is needed for a short stay - smart TV, fridge, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, bottled water, etc. Continental breakfast is excellent, wide choice including facilities to freshly cook your own boiled and scambled eggs. Both Nigel and Carol were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Short stroll to south beach is a must at sunset to see the sun disappear into...

「We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay in this unique, out of the way setting. The hut was really cosy and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. A perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coastline. Would highly recommend.」

「Found the booking procedure a little confusing with hotel.com but once we arrived at our accommodation we were met by Nigel and it was just easy friendly and professional. We stayed in the dairy which was rustically charming and our every need was catered for. We were booked in for breakfast which offered a wide choice from eggs to yogurt to cereals and served by lovely friendly Carol. Nothing was too much trouble and we thank you for a relaxing few days. 」
