「The apartment was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the furniture in the apartment was of a very good standard.
We made full use of the welcome pack.
The booking in procedure was easy to understand and Haley explained everything very well.
The parking was good and very safe.」

「The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was...
