「I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward. For the last couple of nights of my stay, there was heavy music and loud conversations continuing into the early hours of the morning, which was completely unacceptable for a hotel environment. 「What a treat this place is. We had an amazing nights stay only sorry we didn’t book for longer. The den was beautiful well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen accessories were great. The surrounding area was beautiful and meeting and feeding the alpacas was a special experience. The hosts were extremely pleasant and made us feel at ease. Highly recommended.」
