For an expensive hotel I expected more. But it was an average hotel. Nothing special

Came here for 2 nighrs to atte d a wedding. Staff were pleasant at check in. We stayed in room 239 which is in the middle of the wing, top floor. No real view of anything. The room is pretty tight for 4 people. Carpeted. Uncomfortable pillows. The shower came with Dove products for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No removable shower head. Toilet was jammed with the tub and barely any room to sit or even change clothes in there. Sink is outside in the main room which is convenient. We didnt visit the outside pool or hot tub. We opted to drive to the Kelowna City park instead, which was a 15 min drive. The big factor for me renting a room is the included breakfast. Breakfast was 6/10 in terms of variety and taste. Bread for toast. 2 pancake machines. 2 types of Cereal. Dry oatmeal. Muffins. And donuts. 3 types of juices. Yogurt cups. Fresh fruit. Coffee and tea. For hot food there were hard boiled eggs and weird sausages. Go early or its just boiled eggs. Pretty tight space in the dining area, so go super early so you aren't elbow to elbow with some stranger. We came in the high season so I understand we paid too much (almost $300/night) but was on the main strip of Harvey Street and 10 mins from the mall and other shopping areas. Would i come again? Probably not.
