「It’s remote management so it’s was some miss communication before arrival and check in 」

「The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. 」

「It is a great location close to a walk along the Thames and close to the train station, shops and wonderful pubs. The host was excellent, he was responsive and helped us out when asked.」

「Nicole and Will have a very nice apartment and are friendly, helpful hosts. The location worked well with the tube station nearby, there are excellent restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. 」

「Cozy little apartment in a good location. Stayed with our two kids. Easy to get all over London from Sloane station. Good restaurants in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. More would be very cramped. 」
