An evening meal was of excellent quality and enjoyed by our party of residents with several guests. Staff were efficient and friendly, and even made sure we wouldn’t miss the photo opportunity of a glorious sunset over the coastal waters just outside!

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so welcoming and kind! It is incredible staying at a historic hotel with amazing views of the Giants Causeway. The food was delicious and experience is one we will not forget.

We had a very nice stay at the Causeway Hotel. We had a Seaview double room with breakfast included which had a good selection. We would stay again as we felt it was good value for money and is very close to all the Causeway Coast has to offer.

Great location. But, a bit tired. The water didn’t get hot enough in the shower and the drain wasn’t working properly. Otherwise, a charming property.

Great location, nice hotel but it can use an update. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant and at breakfast was very good. It needs modern amenities like charging outlets. It should also be better supplied with complementary water, shampoo and conditioner, shower cap, etc. as in most hotels. TV in the room wasn’t working. But the site was amazing!

A very warm welcome from the staff who were attentive throughout my short stay. A good breakfast in the pleasant period atmosphere of the traditional dining room. For a 3 star hotel the rooms were well appointed - each with its own coffee pod machine. Wonderful sea views from many of the rooms.

The staff were lovely,room was clean and fresh, breakfast very nice. Our problem was we paid extra money for a sea view and we actually had a view of a hedge and a walking path. If we wanted to see the sea we had to go out unto the patio and peek round tge side to see the sea. Not really the sea view we paid for.
