「Brand new Hotel(Renovated) was excellent and a great value.」

「No microwave and place doesn’t look like advertised. Very small room. Kinda disappointed me.」

「Good option for just a one night stay. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. Our pull out couch did not have sheets or blankets so we had to ask. Was told we had to bring down our old towels to get new ones even though there was only 4 and we had 5 people.」

「Room has no soap. The front desk staff was not cooperative. The room lamp was dirty. Bathroom has spider in the tub. Bathroom commode with directly and not cleaned.」

「Room door jammed when trying to get in room. Bathroom light didn’t work, had to take shower in the dark. Had to ask for towels, cover was thin as tissue paper!!!! There was a door leaning against the wall that was supposed to be replaced. Water in shower took forever to even get lukewarm warm. Room smelled funny!!!! Breakfast! What breakfast, granola bars, muffin and coffee! The whole place is OUTDATED!」

「When we made reservations it did not disclose the the pool area was under renovation. The desk staff was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained.」

「Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...
