“They wouldn’t take my dog. You said the hotel was pet friendly. I also checked the hotel website, which also said pet friendly. After driving 600 miles. I was not happy”

“Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel. TAKE THEM OFF THIS SITE! ”

“Went to check in and took forever for someone to come to desk. The room was freezing and the hotel smelled really bad l. ”

“Room was very dirty upon arrival. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. The fridge was unplugged and there was some sort of feces looking substance on the walls. Did not feel safe in the area. The clerk at the front didn’t seem to care about the room’s condition, and assured us that Expedia would refund us if we wanted to leave, which we did. The pricing also was WAY above what was offered.”

“Pros of our stay. Dog friendly and convenient to our loved ones we were visiting. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. House was definitely big enough for our family of 4. Cons of our stay. The house has a terrible smell, like mildew. The DIY makeover on the house was definitely lacking a professionals touch. The fence around the yard has a gap in the gate and a hole. We blocked those with some of the outdoor toys in the backyard. The stovetop and fridge were poorly cleaned, there were……
