“Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait.
