「It serves our purpose- a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Motel was a bit dated but that doesn’t impact me much. Clean room which is a priority. boiled eggs at breakfast bar left out on counter instead of being kept in the breakfast fridge is my only minor negative. Overall, I got great value for the low amount paid for the stay and the location.」

「We arrived to find that the hotel had no power due to a storm that came through earlier in the day. We were told the power went out around 12:30 pm, and we arrived at 5:30 pm. The two staff behind the desk had no idea about restoration time or what a refund would look like. They were not knowledgeable on how to handle customers who didn't want to stay. It didn't appear that either was a manager, so I wondered in a situation like this, "why isn't the manager here?". No AC, no lights, just...

「The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.」
